Our Mission
We are dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals to explore and express their creativity through all artistic mediums, from traditional techniques to cutting-edge technology. By providing resources, education, and opportunities for collaboration, we strive to make art accessible to everyone and to celebrate the transformative power of creative expression.
The Board

Tara Roberts Zabriskie
President
Tara brings her organizational and leadership skills as an independent documentary filmmaker. Her experience of producing film projects from concept to completion has helped her to lead the arts council to achieve its vision.

Sarah Frost
Vice-President
Drawing on her dual expertise in scientific study and creative expression, Sarah serves on the Arts Council board to support public art initiatives that build awareness and appreciation for the natural world, expand opportunities for local artists, and strengthen engagement and connection within the Brunswick arts community.

Amy Carroll
Secretary
After moving to Brunswick in 2024 following eighteen years in Tallahassee, Amy brought with her a strong background in graphic design, communications, and publication layout, along with a deep love for organizing information. She now works as a web DevOps professional in D.C. and continues to pursue her passion for illustrating in both vector and pixel mediums.
